Parent Involvement Committee Event with Dwayne Morgan
On February 25, 2021, we were delighted to have Dwayne Morgan speak to our families as well as the families from West Oak P.S.
Morgan is a two-time Canadian National Poetry Slam Champion. He began his career as a spoken word artist in 1993. In 1994, he founded Up From The Roots entertainment, to promote the positive artistic contributions of African Canadian and urban influenced artists.
With Dwayne's permission, we are sharing a few clips from the virtual presentation here.
