Post Secondary Application Process

An exciting part of your Grade 12 year may involve applying for post secondary programs. As a department, your guidance counsellors are here to work with you through the process and answer any questions you may have. We virtually visited Grade 12 classes during the week of October 5 in order to review graduation requirements and the application process. Here is a link to the information that was presented.

Application for College and University will open in the fall with the deadline of January 15, 2021 for University applications and Feb 1, 2021 for College applications.

In order to apply to Universities programs, students will need a PIN which they will use to create an account with OUAC (Ontario Universities’ Application Centre). In order to receive a PIN, students must give us consent to share their information. To facilitate the process we have created a google form which we will use to collect this data. Note: College applications through OCAS, DO NOT need a PIN.

Post Secondary School Visits

Post secondary institutions have been busy creating many virtual resources to help students and their families gather information in order to make an informed decision for next year. We will be sharing this information with the parent community shortly.
