You can come to the school anytime during office hours, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm to pick up your dipolma. Click here to give permission for someone to pick up your diploma on your behalf.

Graduation photo sessions at GWSS are finished. If you missed having a graduation photo taken, you can still book a photo session at the Edge Studio in Burlington. Please note that photos taken after April 1, 2023 will NOT be included in the yearbook or composite.

If you are interested in investigating scholarship and bursary opportunities, please bookmark this page as it contains valuable information.  It will be updated throughout the year as the various organizations provide us with their deadlines for this year. Scholarship reminders are also posted in the Grade 12 Google Classroom so be sure to join.

Post Secondary Applications

The deadline to apply to University for the 2022/2023 school year is January 12,  2023. Students are to apply through https://www.ouac.on.ca/ as a 101 applicant.

The deadline to apply to Colleges for the 2022/2023 school year is February 1, 2023.

Students are to apply through https://www.ontariocolleges.ca/en.

Post Secondary Upload of Marks

We often get lots of questions with regards to the admission process, timelines and mark uploads.  New this year, semester one midterm marks will be uploaded to OUAC and OCAS. We wanted to take this moment to answer some of the commonly asked questions we get in Student Services.

In order to apply to Universities programs, students will need a PIN which they will use to create an account with OUAC (Ontario Universities’ Application Centre).  PINs were distributed to students at the beginning of November 2021.  Note: College applications through OCAS, DO NOT need a PIN.
